Terms and Conditions for Continuing Education Workshops of the OEVG
All members of the professional target audience mentioned in the workshop announcement are eligible to participate.
All registration forms must be filled out completely, signed, and sent to Dr. Egon Urban, either by regular mail or as a scanned attachment:

The registration of participants will be conducted according to the order in which registration forms are received. If your registration form has been accepted by the ÖVG, then you will receive a confirmation of registration. Your registration is only valid if your participation fee has already been paid and booked to the OEVG bank account.
The deadline for registration and payment ends one month before the workshop begins.
If you should cancel your participation for a workshop up to three months prior to the beginning of the workshop, then you will be charged a handling fee of 24€. Cancelations three months to four weeks prior to the beginning of the workshop require a handling fee of 25% of the participation fee. If you should cancel within one month of the beginning of the workshop, or if you do not participate at all, then you will be responsible for payment of the entire participation fee. Cancelations are only valid if the OEVG has sent you confirmation in writing! The participation fee minus the handling fee can be refunded to you if someone from the waiting list can replace you in the workshop.
